BIO Hericium – powder
Hericium, with its 32 identified aromatic substances is a delicacy for pampered tongues delighted by the exotic combination of seafood, lemon and coconut aromas. In addition, this distinctive mushroom is appreciated for its medicinal effects. Physicians in traditional Chinese medicine appreciate its ability to exercise a harmonising effect on both physical and mental processes. Here we offer Hericium in the form of a mushroom powder/biomass, when the fruiting body of dried mushroom is ground to a very fine powder using a special shellbroken method which breaks the chitin shell of a cell and releases the active substances. This form has a more delicate effect compared with extract.
Tested in the German Agrolab.
Our Hericium is grown on organic substrate. This substrate is based on a mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, cane sugar and natural gypsum. The part of the mushroom we use is fruitbody.
