BIO Polyporus – powder

Polyporus (Polyporus umbellatus) is a rather rare parasitic fungus that draws its strength from tree roots. It’s a traditional part of Chinese medicine for its high content of active substances. Here we offer Polyporus in the form of a mushroom powder/biomass, when the fruiting body of the dried mushroom is ground to a very fine powder using a special shellbroken method which breaks the chitin shell of a cell and releases the active substances. This form has a more delicate effect compared with extract.

Tested in the German Agrolab.

Our Polyporus grows in the ecologically clean natural environment of the northeast Chinese upland. We use the underground part of the mushroom called sclerocium.
